Through PayPal a company called Card Cops charged me 24.95 to help me with my identity so it wouldn't be compromised. Only thing is I never signed up with them.

The member signed up on June 20'th 2007 at 11:13am PDT and opted in via email link at 11:15am PDT. He accessed his account 12 times in the process of setting his up fraud monitoring, from that time forward we provided the services that were signed up for.

At no time did the member contact CardCops Support to cancel.
At no time did the member cancel the active subscription with PayPal.

On we attempted to call the member twice, both times he did not answer and his voice mail box was full. We sent an email to the member explaining the date he signed up, what our service does, and about the information he provided. The member called in response to the email and did not allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue over the phone as he hung up shortly after calling. Attempted to phone back but again only received his voice mail box was full.

We have gone ahead and canceled the members account, subscription and issued a refunded via PayPal.

Status: Cancelled - By Seller
Date of Cancellation: Jun. 25, 2008

We wish the member would have contacted us directly to resolve the issue.
