Carissa V. Sears This "attorney" is a FRAUD! Broomfield Colorado

   My husband and I hired Carissa Sears for a child custody case and it was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. Mrs. Sears charged my family thousands of dollars and literally accomplished nothing! The only thing she cared about was charging me more and more money. Her invoices were full of fraudulent claims about billing and when we went back and cross referenced her charges they were almost all made up. In addition, her profesionalism during my case was deplorable. Not only did she charge us for hours that she didn't even work but the work she did do was filled with mistakes and (I found out later) badly hurt my legal position.

   When looking for a family attorney it is hard to tell who will represent you and who will look out for the best interest of you and your child. I can say from experience that Carissa V. Sears is NOT this attorney. I hope other parents will find this review of Mrs. Sears useful as I had nothing to rely on when I initially hired her. I can honestly say that hiring Carissa V. Sears was one of the WORST decisions I have made in my life.
