Carlos Coto, Jose Coto, Eagle eye flooring, Precise installation services Carlos took a check for 2300.00 for tile and installation one month after my husband passed and never did the work. He took advantage of me at the worse time in my life. He calls and promises to pay me but never does. In January it will be 2 years . Clermont Florida

On January 4th 2016 One month after my husband passed away.I gave Carlos Coto $2300.00 to lay tile in my house. He had remodeled my bathroom 6 years ago and did a wonderful job. So when he asked for the money I stupidly wrote him a check!!!! Well he has done nothing but scammed me out of the money. He never did the work and for 6 months he has been telling me bullshit lies. He even goes as low as crying to me about his poor life. Me being too nice has fallen for his bullshit and given him numerous chances to make things right.He has even called me in May of 2017 and told me he has a tax return that he will be getting and pay me off as soon as it comes in. Now it is August 2017 and still nothing. All he does is tell stories about how he will be here and never shows. I will never recommend him to anyone again!!!!

! Him and his brother Jose Coto tag team money out of people with the scam. One gets the money does not do the work tears your house up then the other one will be all nice to get things back in order by making you pay him again. They say they hate each other so they then get paid twice.Please Do not use Carlos Coto his brother Jose Coto. They also go under EAGLE EYE FLOORING or PRECISE INSTALLATION SERVICES .They are doing the installation at JUST FLOORS in Longwood also. Their Business is out of their brothers house at 3768 Glenford Dr. Clermont florida, however when I had the police serve them they lied to them telling the police it isn't them. HMMM wonder what else they are hiding from the police . They do half a*s work and never come back to do repairs, they are thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sad but true...........
