Carlos Pretto Promised all questions free, took full fee for future work, answered no questions, no work done,confiscated 1/3rd+ fee. Very rude. Panama City Panama -Internet (?)

Contacted Carlos Pretto by phone. He promised that I could ask as many questions as I wished at no charge. As this was exactly what other companies had said -and done, I thought...O.K.

I asked some important questions, none were answered, i gave information needed for him to do the work , and kept asking impoertant questions,. None were answered. I sent him the full fee for the work to be done. We had a difference over it since I knew from my bank it had it had been cashed within 5 days after arrival and he said it took 18 days.

Still he gave me no answers, but sent me a formal letter outlining the work I needed done, asking me for pertinent information which I had already given him at least once perhaps twice, and also saying that I'd agreed to further, extra charges at a rather large hourly rate, when this had never even been discussed, and, sort of saying "lets get going, sign on the dotted line and goodbye".

On looking him up in the internet (rather late-I'm afraid) I found that there had been another complaint sent in to your site from when he worked at Quijano & a*s. Report # 156400, from Joh, Massachusetts, on 7/13/205.

I have tried to reconcile with him but my explaining my reasons and reservations caused him to send me a, untitled, unsigned 2 lines saying that my letters infuriate him.

I hope that I've done this correctly.
