Carmax Shelly Business Office ManagerAmber in the business office SOLD CAR NEVER RECEIVED MY $4100, SOLD ON March 28the, Still no money or car on April 10th Pompano Beach Florida

sold my Chrysler 300 Limited to Carmax on the 28th of Marh 20014 for $7500. There was a lien on my vehicle for $3,232 so I wasnt sure they would accept my vehicle because of the lein. Amber in the business office with her boss's a(Shelly) approval.

So, they had me sign the paperwork and assured everything would be done using overnight mail and let me go on record that this was on March 28, 2014 and I left there in a cab. Waited til Monday March 31st and called. I did not speak to Amber and spoke to a rude individual that corrected ne and said the company sent a 10 day payoff to the lien holder. I didnt understand her and asked to speak to her manager. She transfer me to the SALES MANAGER and he does nothing except assures me that he will call me every day and let me know if my $4,100 arrived so they could give me a DRAFT NOT A CHECK.

I waited til the April 2nd now I don't have the money and I don't have a car and called the business office again and asked the rude lady for the number of the home office. I called the home office and spoke to someone in the CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPT. Gentleman assured me that I should have been given a draft ON THE DAY I SOLD THE CAR. CUSTOMER RELATIONS also stated that he would call the business office in POMPANO BECH and have my draft set up for the next day so I would not have to wait. I thanked God because I have no car and have no $4,100. So the gentleman says the VP of Pompano Beach Carmax will call me the next day.

So SHELLY (mail) calls me and SAY THE NEW TITLE WOUL BE COMING TO MY ADDRESS AND I SHOULD BE LOOKING OUT FOR IT. That was a week ago so I needed to tell someone THAT IT IS APRIL 10th 2014 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A DRAFT,CHECK OR MY CAR.
