Dan Carmichael Crap Product, Bad Customer Support , Ignores customers cumming Georgia

I found this company via a web search looking for a chair to help my back pain. 
I bit the bullet on the high end price and purchased one. CT-B94 to be exact 

The company buys a cheap $250 eurotech chair and adds a custom seat cushion to it.  The problem is the chair is of bad quality. The cushion is matted down after a week of use. 

Certainly not worth the price tag they put on it  ($721 marked down to $554 right now) I have had it a week and its breaking

aside from quality , I had paid $88 for expidited 3 day shipping. The chair didnt arrive for a week so i called. I was told by Dan that all orders ship the following week. Ok , no problem, ill wait.  I didnt put up a fight about my shipping or anything I figured "great they are custom made"  Two more weeks passed. I called to find out what was going on 

Dan answered and said he was not at the office that he would call me back in 20 minutes. 
I never got a return call and no answer when i called again. 

I called again the folowing day. Dan said that the chair shipped the day after i ordered it and UPS must have lost it. A whole different story than the first and it didnt make sense.  He said he would ship out a new chair immediately. Which he did "promptly" 2 days later.

No mention of returning my shipping costs. No appology.

3 weeks later I recieved a chair of questionable quality. They dont care about thier customers or the quality of work they put out.

Dont waste your money on these. Itll help your back for a few days before the cushions are matted down and the chair breaks.
