I was employee for Carnival cruise lines for 24 years and on April 13 2010 I was harassed by the Hotel Director on board his name was Damir from Croatia and I was forced to retire after 24 years. No pension no health insurance no Social Security. 

From Carnival Cruise Line there wasnt any investigation with Hotel Director who harassed me.

I conduct several Lawyers and their respond was that Carnival Cruise Line is considering a foreign company and unfortunately nothing can be done. 

Overall as American Citizen I was mistreated from Carnival Cruise.

Carnival Cruise Lines is one from the worse Companies in the world by mistreat his employees stealing their money, they have them working extra hours without pay them overtime, Carnival Cruise Lines collecting gratuities from guests by lien that they give to their servers instead they pocketing and pay a portion of the money.

Carnival Cruise Lines profits who it is over two and half billions yearly, they build ships in Europe instead in United States and the worst part is:  

According to New York Times by capital IQ a research firm the worst part is Carnival Cruise Lines pay 1.1% taxes yearly basic, thanks to an obscure loophole in the tax code Carnival Cruise Lines avoid most taxes.

Finally Carnival Cruise Lines out of 65,000 employees there is only 3% American Citizens even though the 99% from the passengers are American Citizens and the unemployment in the United States is over 9%.
