What kind of anal retentive wacko makes his girlfriend sign a rental contract while she lives with him? Sheesh.

The harassment continues. If anyone would like to see the proof of harassment, documents, doctor report, police report, documentation of identity theft, use of 3M facilities for indecencies against me, or any additional information please contact me at 651-341-0811.

As said in the previous rebuttal, the relationship was over more than 3 years ago, yet Mr. Rick Paukert has not let this end. One may interpret all this attention as a desire to continue a love, sexual, or abusive relationship. Rick Paukert's wife, Tamara Tegelar Paukert, Esq., was not in court in December 2007 or January 2008 to support her husband.

The Order of Protection was initially granted while Mr. Richard E Paukert took me to court for over 3 months. I gave up my job and everything I had to move with Rick Paukert from TX to MN for his promotion at 3M as a mid level Manager for the Commercial Graphics division in Maplewood, MN, where is currently employed, for a false promise of marriage and being taken care of as listed in the "contract." I gave in to the extreme pressure, financial strain, and Post Traumatic Stress from the years of physical, emotional, and verbal abuse to agree to an Order of Harassment (Case #F80430115) that was sealed by the court but available to any lawyer or court employee to view for all the details, or again, you may contact me for a copy and for the attachments.

"R" has not provided any contact information, therefore, consider the source as suspect. If this was done by a true creditor as opposed to a desire for revenge, a name and contact information would be provided.

JG1UPRWB & F80430115: After a Hearing, "The Court made no findings of any incidents of domestic abuse or Harassment." No Order was entered and the case was sealed.

62-DA-FA-07-425: After a Hearing, the Court ruled, "The allegations are not proven." The Court ordered the matter dismissed with no findings in Court File 62HRCV0813.

This rebuttal contains information that is on the court record of the January 14, 2008 proceedings.

Rick E. Paukert currently resides at the residence in stated contract 399 Bluebird Alcove, Woodbury, MN 55125, where we lived together in 2003 as a romantic/sexual couple with the contracted intent of marrying.

Because of domestic abuse, harassment, stalking, etc., I terminated the relationship and I applied for and received an emergency Order of Protection in 10/2004 (Ramsey County District Court, Domestic Abuse/Harassment Division, Case No. F80430115).

Paukert filed a lawsuit for back rent in March of 2005. I declared bankruptcy in 10/2005 due to that lawsuit. Rick Paukert posted on RippOff in 8/2007 after 2 years of no contact and a his new marriage of 1.5 years, then modified posting after court proceedings of January 14, 2007.

Carol Bergeron refused to play rent as stipulated by a signed contract. Creditor filed suit and Carol Bergeron declared bankruptacy. This negatively effected numerous other creditors as well.
