Report:

I want to warn consumers to avoid hiring this contractor; His work is substandard, Reports for work late, and Failed to complete the agreed upon (Signed) contract.

I hired Michael J. Cooper (Carpenter Boy) to Rough in All bathroom plumbing, Basement kitchen install, Tankless/Water heater install and Install bathroom designer tub and shower units to include fixtures to Turn-key completion.

Mr Cooper failed to show up to work at the agreed upon time set by him (0730-1430). He failed to complete an asigned project before he would moved on to another and his work ethics are very unprofessional. When I confronted him about the quality of his work and his failure to provide a courtesy call when late... he took offense. Also, he wanted me to give him a key to my house so that he could work during those hours I was away from the house!?

Two days later, after paying him for the required materials for the following week's construction project; Mr Cooper failed to return to work (2 weeks) and refuses to return my calls.

There is a Law suit in the works... Please Do Not Hire this contractor!
