Signed a contract with Carports Anywhere for a 28x55 steel garage to be erected on a, supplied by me, concrete pad. Date contract signed was 3/30/18 and a deposit of $1,865.40 was paid to the dealer, Jan Yarborough, AKA Carports and More 5240 S. Suncoast Blvd. Homosassa, FL 34446. Concrete pad was ready for steel building on 06/01/18. It has been SEVENTEEN WEEKS since the pad was ready for the building. Last attempted contact with Carports Anywhere on 9/11/18 through the dealer. The dealer claimed to have called, e-mailed and texted Carports Anywhere and received no response. My wife attemted to contact Erin, the person that schedules the installations, on 8/16/18 and again on 9/12/18 with no response. It has been so long since the permit was issued that it will expire in just a few days on 10/14/2018.
Carports Anywhere takes your money and then ignores you. They are, by far, the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Avoid this company.

Efforts by the authorized dealer for Carports Anywhere has moved the situation forward. Company reports that they will abide by the contract and erect the structure. Carports Anywhere reports, through their dealer, that the reason for the delays and absence of communication was an internal communication problem.
