Carr Auto Group Warrenty ripoff Beaverton Oregon

In February 2004, we bought a used 2001 Ford Escape from Carr Auto Group, and when we signed the paperwork for the vehicle we were told there was no warrienty.

We believed them of course, and two days later we called them to let them know that there was a problem with the tranny in the vehicle. I asked them to get it in the shop and they said they would work us in, and they actually never did.

A new tranny for the ford escape is going to run us 1800.00 as it has completely gone out now.

I happened to find in the glovebox inside with all of the paperwork we signed a sheet that was in the window stating that this vehicle did indeed have a 1year or 12,000 mile warrienty that was included in the purchase price. Now we are over the miles and was not able to use that warrienty to fix the problems that was wrong with the car to begin with.

Do not buy from Carr Auto group because they will bury you in something that you really do not want to begin with.
