I put $4200 down for a Chevy Pick Up truck with my credit card and was told the financing was $300 a month.
2 weeks later Mike Rowe screamed at me over the phone to return his car or he ll report it stolen. I called the bank, turned out I was never approved for financing cause MIKE the sales manager falsified my loan application and didnt fax in my paystubs , pic of car, etc. according to the bank , it shows My salary is $100 a month. ! The guy falsified loan application and sales contract. So I was never approved. MIKE set me up from the beginning. I went to the police to file report. Goon came in the night to drag me out of my truck. I didn t know it was a repo man. Next morning I went straight to court to file lawsuit. Thats when MIKE ROWE started using scare tactics and tried to intimidate me.
The next day, I get off work and the whole family clan of Cars and Credit came to reposess my truck, even though police said he couldn t do that.
Im out of my life savings and my truck. Lost a job because of that. Still have my second job but it s not enough money.

The Court ordered him to pay back my money

After I filed a lawsuit against MIKE ROWE of CARS AND CREDIT, The Judge ordered him to pay me back ALL of my money.
The Division of Licensing also fined him for several violations. However this career criminal who calls himself Magic Mike (Lol) refuses to pay me. So I m putting a lien against his business and his truck and I m also putting in for a second lawsuit because I m finding more victims/clients who have also been ripped off by this guy.

UPDATE

SUBMITTED: Thursday, April 14, 2016
I found out this guy has a long rap sheet. There s a lot of lawsuits against him, from the IRS, Geico, State of Florida, and a lot of clients against him. The Division of Licensing for Car Dealers also has multiple violations for the last 3 years and a lot of complaints. Why is this criminal still doing what he does best: ripping off people? Very Sad, because he targets the working poor .
I wish I could post his mug shot on here to warn others.

UPDATE: Found another woman who wants to join me. Yay! Same happened to her by the same guy. Lawyer looked at my paperwork and says I got a good case. I feel better now. Notified all my friends in Church and Brooklyn about what happened and got some help. I m confident. What comes around goes around.

Firstly, dont LIE about what the police did or did not say. Im sure YOU skewed the truth in order to get the answer YOU wanted. Secondly, until there is paperwork in YOUR hands that CLEARLY states that YOU are the owner of said vehicle, then the dealership has EVERY RIGHT to repo the vehicle since its THIER PROPERTY!!! You can try and place the blame on them but we ALL know that the issue was that NO LENDER would pick up YOUR loan. THAT is why they wanted thier vehicle back. YOUR loan information was put out to the group of lenders that the dealership uses. NO ONE in that group would take YOU on as a client. THAT is why the vehicle was repoed. Repoing costs MONEY!!!! They are NOT going to "just" repo it. YOU tell us all the reason, no lender would take YOU!!! So HOW is it ALL thier fault?? Oh thats right, YOU dont wish to take responsibility for YOUR bad credit score. It must ALWAYS be someone elses fault in your world.
FYI, the deposit is used as a RENTAL FEE if you do not get qualified and YOU signed paperwork to that. So go ahead and waste MORE money. Its only YOU that will end up suffering for the actions YOU have taken. And before you start, NO!!! Dont know them, dont know YOU!!! I just find it incredibly funny that yet again a GROWN ADULT cant take responsibility for THIER OWN ACTIONS. You KNOW the information YOU are giving in a online forum is skewed in YOUR favor. Since we all know that a DEALERSHIP needs to make sales, since its thier JOB!!!! So odds are that they did everything they could and submitted YOUR information to EVERY lender they could to get someone to pick up the loan. But since no lender would touch you, the dealership has every right to demand back a vehicle that they have let YOU drive. YOU will have put wear and tear on said vehicle and the dealership SHOULD NOT have to lose value on THIER PROPERTY because YOU cant get a loan. So they will more then likely use a industry standard for a rental fee for the amount of time YOU drove said vehicle. Perhaps in the future YOU will learn to READ what YOU ARE LEGALLY AGREEING TO!!!
