I have taken my 1998 Dodge truck to Carson ServiCenter for over a year now for the same ongoing problem. I have paid them over $2,000.00 dollars to fix this problem. My Check engine light comes on and the engine runs rough at stop lights and sometimes looses power when you start off after sitting at a red light. On ever incresing instaces the engine will stall out while sitting at red lights.
The owners and mechanics at Carson ServiCerner have changed the oxgyen censor on 3 seperate occasions, they have tried to check the wiring(claiming that the problem was perhaps in the wiring harness) and we have paid to have the main computer changed in the truck only to the problem returm within a mile of the service center.
I have tried on repeted occasions to contact the mechanic only to be given a run around about owners changing to mechanics be fired or quitting. I am FRUSTRATED and at the end of my rope and seeking retrubution.

Most Honest Mechanic I Know

I have taken my vehicle to Caron ServiCenter for many years and I personally will not go anywhere else. Everytime I have had service done on my vehicle the Head Mechanic has always talked to me in person and explained to me in specific detail what the problem was, how he is going to fix it, and how much it will cost me. If he cannot figure it out he has been straight with me and said " I cannot figure this out". He has also given me an option to shop around to see if I can get a better deal at the upmost honest work.
Quite frankly, I could not find a better automotive shop. I also know that after everything is explained to me and if I agree with what is taking place, I have to sign an agreement on the work being done. Therefore it should be understood that cars and trucks alike are machines! And in the event of something not working correctly it could mean a number of things and sometimes the diagnosis is not always the case. However, I still agree to the work and sign MY consent. The real rip-offs are the franchise automotive businesses, they are just out for the money. Carson ServiCenter employees have shown genuine concern and have been good to me and my vehicle.
