The unit is filled with a sewage smell that doesn't go away. The landlady gives you a full page of her personal Demands found no where on initial rental agreement. Do not flush toilet too many times. I guess twice a day merits a total tongue lashing for her repeatedly along with dirty looks repeatedly. I value who I give my money to and am very charitable but wish very much I had chosen a nicer location. There is absolutely no parking to be found other than single car garage. This place is a nightmare between parking, location, landlady, and crime.
