Don't worry about anything. You are not going to jail for three months. Nor is there any validity to anything they're saying. These jerks have been calling me for sometime and now I just ignore their calls and the one main thing that sucks about the situation is they have all my, as well as I'm sure they do yours, information social security number and address and my bank account numbers. I called my local police station and I'll though there was nothing they could legally do they told me that I had no legal issues to worry about because I too was told that I was expected in court monday morning in Jacksonville, FL and I live in Reno, NV and needless to say I didn't worry about going and this was weeks ago and nothing legally has happened to me so I think it's safe to say they're foreigners who are truly ripping people off by scaring them with huge fines and empty threats of jail and very big legal mess! Don't fall for their crap. It breaks my heart everytime I read one of these and someone gave them what they wanted! Don't get scammed! That's all it is an evil scam!
