My girl friend tryed to get a loan on line and she was aproved but got no money .i guess she had to pay 150 dollars for a loan for 1200 dollars never payed and thats it its been a yr now and this collection company keeps calling her to tell her that if she doesnt pay the 150 dollars she cant get the loan and she will go to jail and police will come and get her. he hopes her life goes well in jail. she will be procicuted for check fraud .she never wrote a check and doesnt have a account .evertime you call him back his name changes. ever time he calls the phone number changes. he breaking ftc laws by threatening to take away her social security and jail time. So if she gives him 150 she gets a loan she no longer want
