CASH CALL, CASH CALL HARASSMENT/ UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES FOUNTAIN VALLEY California

In 12/2006 I called Cash Call. I informed the young man, Cheyenne, that I was just getting back into the job market after being on welfare for 3 years. I told him that I just got a FT job and was hesistant about making a new debt for a loan. He ran my credit and told me that I qulaified for a 2600 loan. I ran into financial problems and that is when I found that Cash Call was no more than a Loan Shark company. They called my job constantly and gave personal information to all my coworkers. It eventually was one of the reasons that I lost my job. A

fter becoming unemployed I was called by Cash Call on a Sunday and told that I should kill myself and I was a loser and a deadbeat mother. Cash Call then told me that they were going to call my kids school and inform my children of these things. I filed a complaint with the fair trade commission and the better business beaureau in Ky. Cash Call called me continually to tell me that they could care less who I called they would continue to call. I would love to be in a harrassment suit against them.
