Received an email stating that I owed $975.42 and they contacted me attempted to contact me 11/14 to no avail and that if I did not respond to the email within 72 hours with full payment or to make payment arraignments they were going to register Docket Number KG-40871 with the court. I was notified via email that that I was going to be legally prosecuted in the Court House within a couple of days and that my SSN was put on hold by the US Government, so before something goes wrong they would like to notify me about a debt in the amount of $975.42 with  Payday Services and that if I did not respond to the email within 72 hours "TO RESOLVE THIS CASE OR A PAYMENT PLAN OPTION" they were going to register the case in court and that I should consider this as a final warning and that they will be Emailing/ Fax this issue with my current employer to make sure they take strict against me ant that my salary, wages will be garnished.

I know nothing about Payday Services and was not previously contact November 8, 2014 about this matter.
