casino arizona falsley accused me of taking other peoples tickets and adding money in the machinesthat had no credits on them scotsdale, Arizona

on Feb 24th 2013 i went to casino az i have played about 2 ad a half hours at about around 10:15 to 10:30 i was approached by a security guard he told me one of the casino employees  told the security guard that i was taking other peoples winning tickets from them and adding money to credits he or she thought the machine had and also said that i was picking receipts off the floor thats far from the truth i have put lots of money to that casino i have played at that casino off and on for five years and never in the history of playing slots or other casino games have i ever been accused of this 

i played about five machines that day mostly the machines that were close to each other i had a witness but security didnt care i asked the security if i can see the accusations of theft and wanted to see what really is the problem they denied me of course they had explained to me the looked at the camera but could not tell me squat they were going against the paying customers  and protecting the employees i thought customers were always right i even volunteered to do a poly graph they denied me that if  there really a good and professional place there not doing there job.

after i was accused another security guard approach me i asked who the person was that accused me  that i want to meet that person to see why i was a accused he told me that that was a threat and that i had to go with him to this office in front of people and  he had to get the casino manager as he arrived he told me that this was a misunderstanding but next time it wont be thats a threat from him  he took my picture and told me that i cant return for 24 hours now if  i truly did something and stole from  other people commited fraud by supposidly putting money in other machines that had credit wouldnt they call the police

i see it this way they had no shred of evidence, they didnt look a the video frame by frame they took the easy way out and and protected the employee. taking my picture and telling me that i will be watched has gone to far and helping the employee shameful. what also disturbs me is that employes who come to you when you win, an get a hand pay and expects a tip for there job is pathetic this is there job, and assuming that there going to get a tip is shameful, and accusing me of this act is  a downright shameful. shame on the security guard taking away my rights just because he works in a indian owned casino, 

the security think theyre above the law they only work there, lot off are not indians they cant get a real police job. lastly i want this casino to pay punitive damages and humuliation i will seek a lawyer and get the video supeoned if  i have to i will tell my my friends and lots of other people not to waste money at that casino or its affliation and go to others maybe drive a little further i have not won hardley anything at that casino anyways they take your money lots. finally the indian people who own this casino your not above the law  you dont even pay taxes you make all that money for yourself shame shame.

you should care alot about the paying patrons, there the ones that keep your business sucessful  i might go to the newspaper about this accusation. never know, that person who accused me should get fired he or she didnt see the fine print just want to get brownie points so he or she can keep ther job i think there racist  there were lots of people there they picked me as the  bad person out of all of them truth be told......!!!!
