I, as many of you, have also been the victim of deceptive and/or fraudulent practices by Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC (not to mention their lack of response in correcting their mistakes). The names of three of their Vice Presidents are listed below. Now, in all my correspondence with Cavalry, a copy is sent to each of the VP's.

As a note, if any of you have received the "Fraud/Identity Theft" form from Cavalry and you haven't been the victim of Fraud or Identity Theft (such as the Cavalry and Sprint PCS fiasco), DO NOT FILL OUT THE REPORT. Send them a letter explaining that you can't make the determination if you have been a fraud/identity theft victim UNTIL CAVALRY PROVIDES YOU WITH COPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTATION PERTAINING TO THE ACCOUNT (such as the account application, payment records, bills and other paperwork that will show the bill is your responsibility).
