Caymen Group - Ric Giuliano ripoff liar con-artist fraud DESTROYED MY BUSINESS Avondale Arizona

After posting on an "angel investor" network, we were contacted by Ric Giuliano regarding investing $1 Million dollars into my manufacturing business. He was to fund us within 30 days of signing his documents and paying him $1800.00.

Thirty days and -$1800.00 later, nothing. NOT A THING. And then the emails start...

Excuse after excuse as to why things are being "help up". According to him, it is the fault of his attornies (which, by the way, he says he fired and found new ones, only to fire them as well). During this ENTIRE TIME, after repeatedly asking, he WOULD NOT PUT US IN CONTACT WITH HIS ATTORNIES OR BANK.

We are self-funded (our personal ENTIRE life savings were put into this business). Given that we had promises from retailers (Toys 'R Us, Kay-Bee, etc.) we were confident that once Caymen funded us, we would re-coup some of this. Instead, through his ineptitude and lies, we LOST EVERYTHING.

We had made promises to retailers to have our product available for sale by Christmas of 2005. This was based upon the promises of Ric Giuliano. For MONTHS we played a game of every week having yet another delay, the new reason more outrageous than the last.

When we told him how desperate we were, he made promises of "interim' funds that he would provide to get us by. He NEVER came through on any of these.

He is incommunacado from Thursday through Monday. According to him, he takes his "boat" out on the Catalinas every weekend.

Ric Giuliano REFUSED to put our attornys or CPA in touch with his people. He says that he is doing "everything himself".

When he is pressed, and you call him many times, he will tell you that he has everything in order, and money will be forwarded immediatley. This never transpires.

If you ask "Ric" details regarding his "other ventures", or to actually provide proof of who he is, he will tell you he is sending it, but never does. Those that get "too close" he cuts off and threatens others that the same will be done to them.

Ric and I had a very heated argument in which I called him on being a liar, a thief and a fraud. He said if that is the way I feel he will not fund me. I threatened him with legal action, to which he he responded that he would bring legal action AGAINST ME (I can't begin to tell you what for). I said, "do it". He then hung up the phone on me. He called back within fifteen minutes to apologize and said that everything that I had asked for (proof of funds, proof of his identity, etc.) would be in my hands within one day. It never came.

Ric Giuliano and Caymen Group DESTROYED MY BUSINESS single handedly. His empty promises caused us to miss many sales orders. Anyone even CONSIDERING talking with him should ask him first to provide proof of his company. You will find out that nothing he says is true.

In an effort to bring some kind of justice to light in this matter, I contacted the local authorities (State District Attorney) as well as the DA and police in Avondale. I was told that Mr. Giuliano has DONE NOTHING ILLEGAL! We willingly entered into a contract with him, and if he hasn't lived up to his end, this is a CIVIL MATTER. My only recourse is to take him to SMALL CLAIMS COURT in Avondale to attempt to recover our $1800.00. Yes, you do the math for an attroney to represent us out of state, and you will quickly see why fraud like this is so easy to do, and why it is so hard to collect on.

And know this; I am prepared to back up EVERYTHING that I have written here with documents and emails detailing everything presented. I would in fact love nothing more than to FINALLY hear from an attorney on his behalf.
