CBD Hemp oil for and depression Ripped me off $79.99. Have been calling since 8/30/17. Have tracking proving product was returned on time. VERY rude customer service and can no speak with a manager or supervisor. Sacramento California

 Have called customer service number 5 times since 8/30/17 requesting refund on "free hemp oil" you pay postage of $5.99. Refused package and sent it back the same day unopened and with tracking number. My debit card was charged $79.99 for this product that tracking shows was reecived on 8/23/17. Talked to 5 different service reps told by 2 refund would be given the other 3 were the rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. They said no refund and hung up. I asked each time to speak to a supervisor or manager and thy were in meetings or busy. All I want is my $79.99 refund. Thank you.
