When I signed up on April 27, 2009 I was charged $5.00. I have no complaint about that. I'm not complaining about the amount, I knew that when I signed up. But I do have a complaint on how you are billing me. May 26, 2009 I was charged $5.00. Again I don't care about the amount. I have no problems with the amount. If I did I wouldn't have signed up. But I'm suppose to be billed every month.

So why is it I was billed on May 26 and not May 27? May 26 was a Tuesday and that would make May 27 a Wednesday. I would understand if the 27 fell on a weekend, but it didn't. Now I check my account and you billed me on June 20, 2009, which is a Saturday. You billed my credit card 7 days before it's due? I don't think that is right. If I signed up on the 27th, then I should be billed on the 27th of each month, not the 26th and not the 20th.

You need to fix this, because you just put my banking account overdrawn, and it's not right that I have to pay the $35.00 overdraft fee, because you billed be before my month was up. So now I have a problem with the amount, because I agreed to pay $5.00 a month, not $40.00.

When you signed up for a website, i'm sure you saw the payment option "$5.00 trial for x amount of days, recurring every 30 days" or something similar in fashion.

When you clicked on the "I agree" button, you are agreeing to pay $5 for the first 30 days and then $5 every 30 days after (recurring) until cancelled (as stated in the Terms and Conditions).

They payment is not going to come out on the 15th of every month. if you purchased access to a website on the 2nd of October, 30 days later, you will be billed the agreed amount on November 1st, due to the original agreement being "Every 30 days" (as an example).

As for the $45.00 overdraft fee, your financial institution has your money, CCBill does not. Your bank or credit union had deducted the amount from your account for not having sufficient funds in your account.

CCBill's system is automatic and it is possible that something could have happened. The best thing to do is to actually call the call center. If you are not able to understand fully what the CSR is informing you of, just ask to speak with a supervisor. They will help you out they best they can.

REMEMBER: When you speak with a CSR or supervisor, please remain calm about everything no matter how pissed off you get. If you remain calm and even toned, you're more likely to get what you want. The employees at CCBill are people too and will be more sympathetic towards your issue.

Have you ever even called CCBill about this? If not, please do so as we are always more than happy to look into an issue such as that as sometimes there can be a mistake with the billing.

Keep in mind it's an automated process and that the reason behind it isn't someone in the office with a big magic buttons saying "bill early" so don't get mad at the rep you will speak with about it, it is not the reps fault for an electronic error.

Also keep in mind CCBill doesn't refund overdraft fees, that's up to your bank to decide, we didn't charge you the overdraft fee, we don't have that money, they do.
