This company charged me for product using questionable trial period advertising. Never received product and was charged for full price. Very small print on disclosure states refund for returned product, but will not accept opened packaging as refundable. How can you be unsatisfied without opening the product?

If product never received, how can you be satisfied or not, and have to pay for product anyway? Company has toll free number with a waiting time of 48 to 58 minutes whenever call is made. Web site help is FAQ on all products this company sells.

Many complaints noted, none resolved as far as I can see. CCNnutra is not an acceptable vendor and should be investigated and the AZ attorney general needs to do something about their business practices through the consumer protection office.

I am reporting this company to the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Office for listing on their site.
