throuh the years 2012 and 2014 dr ceiplak did work om teeth he did 1 implant with 1 tooth added to it in the lower right of my mouth and put 4 teeth in the upper left between 2 of my teeth . The implant came loose and he tried to charge me for his implant. During those two years i seen teeth cleaning prson every 6 months and she never spent more than ten minits with me . And also for this Iwas charged $9600.00. In 2015 my teeth started falling out and had to get dentures which cost me less than$3000. Ifeel I was ripoff and I would like my money back so please help me if you can
