They offer a trial kit at a very reduced rate, take your credit card info for a minimal amount then tell you if you want to cancel you have to do it within 10 days. I cancelled by e-mail as instructed by them and a week later I receive a notice that they are charging my credit card for $169.95 membership and will continue to charge  $12.95 per month for monthly supply.

I called the Customer Service # and I was told they could only cancel at this point and I would have to e-mail the refund department for any refund. Cancelation department also told me that you couldn't cancel by e-mail but the notice and the initial offer stated so.

I have e-mailed the "refund department" and demanded a full refund, I am waiting for a reply. I did maintain a copy of the cancelation e-mail that is dated and delivered.

This is for the CS rep number 1142...(whatever number you may be, because you can't get a name of the person, just a number). I called twice. The first CS rep blatantly LIED to me and said that they would make an exception, after I threatened and pointed out the misleading and deceptive practices on thier website, and process my refund in 3-5 days. Its now 10 days later and no refund. By the way, the website is now taken down and offline - however, I did make copies of it before to show their illegal behavior). I called today and spoke to another rep, number I can't recall. After I was informed that the refund confirmation number provided me on the last call was actually a cancellation number and that there was NO refund, I again informed your team that your website and process was clearly illegal and that legal action would be taken if not resolved immediately. I then demanded to speak to a supervisor.

Again, same bad indian accent and no identification. She kept reading from her script and would not answer or release our money. I hung up and am now disputing the charges and filing for legal action.

The comments here are ridiculous - you represent a clearly illegal and non-compliant "company" and they will be held accountable.

I would suggest that you try to order and cancel with in the time limit and see what happens. I ordered on the 9th of March canceled via e-mail on the 16th of March and I have been told by 2 different "customer servicec people that they have NO Record of cancellation, and that cancellations cannot be done via email. Allow me to point out that in the e-mail that is sent out to "welcome me and charge me it states"Remember that you can cancel at any time by calling our custmer service center at: 1-877-262-4128 OR by emailing us at support@....

Your company is not what you think it is, it is ripping people off and you are defending it. All your customer service is smoke and mirrors and I will try with all my might to report your company to every shady business tracker I can find.
