CELL TALK - NEIL JOSEPH New activated phone with every customer complain WILMINGTON Delaware

i used to work for CELL TALK  LLC  in Wilmington  ,De it is authorized Metro pcs cell phone dealership company where the owner(neil joseph) and his arabia ALIASES nidel own more than one store in wilmington and one  tri -state plaza in clymont . he and his brother in low (diego A Radi) control the business and train employess(if they are from his family and arabia friends) for how to cheat customers. how?

1- when a new customer comes to buy phone and line(1st month free and no activation fee) ,%90 of the time the customer ask for a cheap phone, diego radi gives the customer $30 to $50 cell phone. now, during the activation process Diego gives the customer very expensive options- like insurance , long distance , and phone number stoarges...ETC- these all over the original plan that was chosen by the customer .the customers don't know that that expensive options are loaded in their plan.(most of the customers in maryland ave store are latino people scare to argue ,or ask and 99 of them don't read english)

2- after 30 days the cutomer has to start paying for 2nd month to keep using his cell and phone number, when the customer finds that the bill is much more than expected ,he comes running to the store where diego or neil joseph tells "him calm down there is no problem we will give you brand new upgraded phone, just pay this month bill($55.00 to $65.00) and we will make it much more less next month"

Diego Radi or Neil joseph grapes a new handset  phone with little difference , then start making new line activation with less options

3-in between, Dego Radi or Neil joseph are telling the customer that "they submitted the one month old phone number to Metro pcs but the system refused it due to unknown reason" so, the customers say "ok then , just give me a new phone number and let me go." thinking that they pay the second month bill.

4-now, half of the money that these customers pay in such situation is going to cash register as handset sales , and half is free money for DIEGO'S OR NEIL'S POCKETsince with new line activation 1st month is free!!!!!!!!!!these free money if it goes to the owner pocket it will not be even taxed because it is not documented (illigal)

during the 1st half of 2009 Metro PCS had nation wide promotion: if you return an old  non- Metro PCS phone to any Metro PCS  delarship you get new $30.00 phone  with free activation and free service for the  1st month., or you can get $30.00 credit for a higher price metro pcs  handset.

1-NOW, Neil Joseph the owner of Cell Talk LLC sends some of his employees (who are from his family like his brother hamdee , his friend amad or mostapha) to to some retail stores to buy prepaid cell handset for 10.00 like track phone or  vergine mobil etc

2- if a customer pays for a handset without using this promotion ,here comes another game with metro pcs , since as Neil Joseph and Diego radi send these new purchesed phones ($10.00 ones) to Metro PCS as if they are returned phones from customers and deserve $30.00
