I first ordered Cellan in February 6, 2012 where according to the ad I get to try the product for only $0.99 for Colleanse and $4.99 for Cellan. I was told that my order will arrive in 10 days. I called them back on February 21 to advise them that the product never arrived February 16th and for them to adjust my trial/return date would be March 4.

I called them back March 8th to let them know that the product has not arrived. They adjusted the trial date to March 23 and again I had to call them back because I still have not received the product. They adjusted it again to April 20th. I called them back again April 24th to let them know I still don't have the product they sent me. The date was adjusted again to May 9th.

Finally the product arrived in the mail May 10th so my trial date was then adjusted to May 30th last day to cancel trial when I called in to let them know that it has arrived. I called them today May 30, 2012 to cancel my trial and requested a refund. The customer service rep advised me that she can only refund the last charge as my trial was over back in April and that I should have called them to let them know that I did not get the trial order. I asked her to read all the notes on my account to help her understand what is really happening. She did that and when she came back said that "unfortunately, I am only able to issue a refund on the last charge applied to the credit card for the amount of $50.56".

I have  been very patient with this company and all I got was nothing from them. They did not deliver the goods as promised and kept charging my credit card even though I have not even tried one pill. What a ripoff! To pass the blame on me saying that I failed to report to them what is happening even though they can see the notes on all my calls, is totally ridiculous and unprofessional not to mention fraudulent as well. They broke their promise and failed to meet their obligation and I have to pay for all that!

From February 6th I have seen charges on my credit card dated as follows:

I was bummed this happened to me and I wanted to cancel right away but I called customer service and they said they were sorry, sent me a new package, extended my trial and reversed the charges until I got to try it out. They even offered a monthly discount as their way of apologizing.
