 I ordered a case for​my cellphone. Only after I placed my order were shipping charges added. To me this I out and out fraud. Google lists this as a "trusted seller". Shame on you Google

 After spending approximately 1 1/2 hours trying to get through. After complaining and "discussing"this with their customer service representative, I was able to get them to credit my account for the bogus charge. They consistently stated the shipping charges were disclosed on their website. I do not believe that to be true. They did do the right thing in the end as my credit card did show the credit for the shipping charge.

Cellular outfitters What a ripoff and completely unprofessional! First they overcharged me and i called immediately yet, that was the only time they answered. have attempted calling them at least 50 times and nobody ever answered my calls I've emailed them several timed and still no reply. There were several items missing from my order and the items (with exception of the rugged phone case) I received were damaged. The folding case was falling apart and the magnetic clasp does not work. I ordered 5 of the pink cords and only received 3. I also never got my free stylus pen. Cellular outfitters I had placed the first order with no problems. I then received an e-mail offer for 30% off my next order. I placed the second order but never received the 39% off as offered. Cellular Outfitters I ordered a teal/leather case for an IPhone 6 Plus. The site offered me 25% off and gave me a code to use I the order form. When I ordered there was no shipping cost listed. I did Norte rice what I ordered. I received a navy/leather case for an IPhone 5/5s. The 25% had not been deducted and the shipping was $5.99. I never received a receipt for my purchase after I ordered nor with my shipment. There is no phone number or email on the packing slip or information for returns. I was totally ripped off. I have sent and email on the website explaining my ripoff and that I have reported them. I want my money back. Fullerton Internet
