This Company will rip you off! They advertise 1 bottle of Colopure for $1.00 plus $4.95 shipping. Then in fine print when you are checking out under their "User Agreement" it states that if you don't return the bottle in 15 days they will charge you the full price (which is $44.90) PLUS they start sending you automatic shipments. They charge me full price for my $1.00 bottle and then sent me my next automatic shipment 10 days later.

I returned both bottles to them and they have not giving me refund on them.

This Company is a scam!!!!

Same thing happened to me ....

Your exact situation happened to me, and I made the exact same argument. I read the terms and conditions, and saw that I would get charged the 38.95 if I didn't return the item. It took 7 days for me to get the order, and I cancelled that day. They didn't say anything about returning the item so because I read the terms, I asked if I needed to return the items. She also said no, you don't need to do anything. So I didn't mail them back and they charged me the 38.95 (twice because I had two different offers with the same company). Once I called to ask about the charges I was met with adversity and attitude immediately before I even explained the situation. I was hung up on (on purpose) 4 times. I was called names, accused a scammer, had my education questioned, was told to get a life and get a job!!! They attacked me. Since then I have read reviews such as yours where you had the same problem.

Here is what I have done so far:

I have filed a BBB complaint, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office of the state of AZ, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and I have sent an email to every email address for the company hoping that one would get to the CEO.

Please let me know what your status is .. i would love to work together on this situation. I know there is another user in this forum who said that he was contacted by the CEO and his issue was resolved, but I haven't heard from him since.
