Oct 17,02 I bought a house from Century 21 They also got the mortgage (Century 21 mortgage) After I moved in I found that nothing worked I had to replace the oven, washer dryer, microwave and the centeral air, I was able to get the air fixed after a summer of over 100 every day, I had a contract warranty with American Home Shield and Had the house inspected by Master Building Inspection through Century 21 Mc Daniel real estate it seems strange nothing worked.
I found out after escrow closed that my taxes were not paid and their was many charges that could not be explain I was able to get 192.00 back due to escrow wsed my money to pay buyer taxes - But never paid mine but charged me
It has been two years and my tax problem is not solved even though I paid 1st American Tax Service to over see the taxes were paid and required amount was to be put in an impound account - So what happened to the money?
I find it strang that Cendent Mortgage Century 21 mortgage and Guardian Title are all by the cendant corporation every thing is in house thats the best way to hide money
