century link Deceptive business practices, charged for higher than quoted internet price. phoenix Arizona

I got a disconnect letter from century link which has been charging me since last July for $7.00 per month and another for higher than quoted internet service cost, they said I was late in july 2015 and I am not sure how that could have happened due to working with their own worker and we agreed upon a date for my payment to be sent. 

They inturn said my July payment was late to they took my $38.99 payment which was being paid and so each month they added a late and additional payment fee.  I got my texts says bill due and then thank you for your payment.  However they won't drop the additional they want it now, so I paid it.   I need help in getting it back.  They didn't say how late the payment was, and or if it came to them late fron my bank or what ever. 

Greedy and illusive I am reporting them and telling everyone about what they pulled.  I am on disability and a budget.  How can they really think they are a blessing to people.  This is why we NEED free internet to stop this kind of treatment by uncompassionate companies.
