On 7-14-12, I came to a contractual agreement with Certified Relocation located at 151 W. Passiac St, Rochelle Park, NY to move my parents belongings from Fayetteville, NC to Pompano Beach, FL. I was speaking to their representative David. The agreement was to pack on 8-2-12 and to move the items out of the house on 8-3-12. On 8-2-12 the mover showed up to move the items, but did not know about the packing of the items. He also hirer 2 men from Craigslist help him put the boxes in the truck. ( Are you kidding me ) ( What happen to bonded movers )
Phone calls were made and it was agreed that Certified Relocation would have packers on 8-3-12 and move the items on 8-3-12. August 3rd came and no one showed up. By noon time I found out they could not move my parents items and apologized. I had no choice but to rent a truck, enlist the help of family and pack ourselves and drive the truck all the way to Pompano Beach, FL. Certified Relocations should never be used by anyone as they cannot live up to their commitments.
