Certified Forensic Loan Auditors, CFLA (((REDACTED))) from Los Angeles, California

CERTIFIED FORENSIC LOAN AUDITORS, LLC is a sham company. We hired them at Wells Fargo and they proved to be a joke and a fraud. The people sent to work our portfolio were liars and know very little about anything to do with mortgage file review.

They threatened to sue us and tried to extort money from us when they sent us an invoice for a much higher amount than their quoted billing. Stay away, everything negative in this report is true!

I find it interesting how you people want to bash CFLA and/or Andrew Lehman, despite the fact that he has a Master Degree, and a Law Degree, and was the founder of a hundred million dollar industry. 

I attended lawschool with Andrew Lehman and he was 2nd out of 144 students in our Academic Class at Western State.  He was always the smartest and we all knew he would become a multi millionaire just as he is today,

The people complaining here are all the lowest level employees that he has.  The minimum wage types as you can tell from their ignorant rants.

TRUTH IS ~We all owe Andrew Lehman some respect for having created this industry and yet the rants go on and on.....

If not for Andrew Lehman I would not have the Mercedes Benz in my driveway...  How many employees has he bought Mercedes benz....  10, 20, or more????

Andrew's creative genius is what has created jobs for not thousands, but tens of thousands of people.

It was Andrew Lehman who actually invented the Forensic Audit and he was the only one who had the balls to teach other how to do it and sell it on a mass scale.

I have represented Mr. Lehman on several matters and I have worked for him as well and I can tell you that if any of you Ranting Former Employees were any good at what he asked you to do; you
would still be working for him and probably making twice the money you are now!

We subsequently had to legally enforce the contractual monetary arrears Mr. Lehman/CFLA owed our company for work performed, and filed a lawsuit March 1, 2011, for which a trial date of October 6, 2011 exists.  At that time Mr. Lehman will be required to respond under oath to the statements he posts at this site.  Mr. Lehman was displeased that we exercised our rightful action.  Too bad, Andy.  Instead of issuing a single factual rebuttal to the claims we stated in it, he retaliated by first issuing bizarre statements and 3rd-grade-level accusational rantings accompanied by dozens of exclamation points each, and then by issuing a lawsuit against us with claims we promptly answered and revealed the fallaciousness of.  No trial date has been scheduled for his lawsuit, and our response to it points up the utter lack of factual basis of the 'defamation' claims screams about.  The public is free to view the details of these legal matters by simply clicking on, or typing in their browsers, the following address:

This is the posting created by former disgruntled employees Doug & Beth who
were fired for soliciting clients, breach of contract, etc.

BOTH are currently being sued in the Central District of California for Defamation,
libel, Slander, Intentional interference, and other torts.

All of the information that they state is untrue!  They parties publishing those malicious
and untrue statements will be held liable to the fullest extent of the

CFLA is in good standing with the Secretary of State, Attorney
General, Department of Real Estate, State Bar, Better Business Bureau, and all
Federal, State, Municipal, and Administrative agencies.

We pay taxes, we pay employees, and service more than 10,000 clients nationwide.

We have trained and certified more than  300 students nationwide, and we have an A rating with the BBB.

The person making this report is doing so in retaliation to his CERTIFICATION being revoked because he violated the CFLA- CODE OF ETHICS! 

This complainant's conduct is also subject to a civil lawsuit for breach of contract, defamation, intentional interference with contracts, libel, slander, false light, and several other torts.  The individual [name withheld] that makes this false complaint also tried doing the same with (1) the Attorney General, (2) the Better Business Bureau, and (3) the State Bar of California; all of which were thrown away as meritless.

The complainant is just a disgruntled former employee of Certified Forensic Loan Auditors "CFLA" that was fired "for cause" because of the same type of insubordinate conduct demonstrated similarly in the complaint, in addition to failing to adhere to the highest ethical standards CFLA imposes upon its staff.

CFLA Requires graduates of its nationally recognized training certification classes to sign an agreement to adhere to a CODE OF ETHICS.

CFLA treats violations of the CFLA- CODE OF ETHICS by Certified persons very serious and will exercise its right to revoke a Certification when such conduct occurs!!!!

Complainant failed to adhere to the CFLA strict CODE OF ETHICS and as such his Certification was REVOKED, to which he is now RETALIATING
