 We were recommended by a family member to use champion adjustment based on their friendship, not their use of the company. We were in such hard times, losing everything we just fix up in our home. We hired this company to help us. When Glen Rosenbloom walked into my house, after the whole house flooded, and was completely ruined, he was very brash, rude, constantly having to smoke, cursed non stop, and was SO intimidating. He called me an idiot, a moron, and was actually BULLYING me, in my home. WE were hiring HIM? It was so strange. Reluctantly, we hired him, against my better judgement, only because a family member advised us too. They were SO rude, including Linda, who was so rude, and nasty, Glen was the one who was the bully, and "tough guy" he intimidates women. I guess men wouldn't ever put up with it. He told me to shut up when the State Farm adjuster came back, saying he knew her for 30 years and he'll get what he wants. He insisted I get the asbestos tiles removed, and the company LEFT asbestos in my home! He didn't get us nearly enough to fix our home, and intimidated my almost 80 yo father to agree to the settlement. We had a contractor over to give us an estimate, and he said the settlement was horrible, and Glen is not a good person. So now we are stuck, and Glen, who only cares about money and ripping off people, got his money and could care less about what he did, or how he treated us. After he scammed my father, my dad heard the truth yesterday from the contractor, and now my father is very upset. How do you scam an 80 yo??

 It all looks good, but we received 33k, for a 50k job. That wasn't even my complaint. The asbestos left in my house, the taking advantage of my almost 80 yo father, and the complete bullying and intimidation of me and my ex. Calling us all kinds of names, cursing at us, treating us like we are peons. It's not right. I found others on line who agree. They are scammers and bully's. I felt intimidated. I'm a single mom, I shouldn't be made to feel this way.

This is in response to the complaint issued from Beth Glatzerman, Melville, NY. 

 The date of this pipe break was January 8th 2015.  This insured reported their loss to their insurance company.  Our company was not retained until Jan 26th, 2015 which was after they have received an estimate of repairs from their insurance company on January 16th of $17, 168.14. 

On February 16th we forwarded to their insurance company an itemized listing of differences regarding the building portion of their claim as numerous items were left off the insurance company's estimate.  On March 3rd we met with the newly assigned adjuster on this loss, at the loss location to review the differences, which our office had noted.  Within a week we received a revised offer of $32,898.23 which was still not acceptable in our opinion.  After numerous conversations with the insurance adjuster and submission of additional documentation, the insurance company had revised the offer to $41, 667.89 and at that time concluded the claim.  We contacted this insured to discuss the settlement figures, which he accepted and had signed and notarized the settlement documentation.  This insured was extremely happy with the settlement.   Beth, our insured's daughter, states in her complaint that her contractor advised, (after we settled the claim and they received their insurance settlement money) that the settlement is not good.  If this is the case we ask Beth to provide her contractor's estimate to our office for further review with the insurance company.
