Champion Truck Lines is a trucking business based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They move freight all over the United States and take pride in their product and performance. When asked about his company Brandon Foster described Champion Truck Lines as, "prompt, punctual, and professional."

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – CHAMPION TRUCK LINES

Mr. Foster was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Foster expressed that they rarely receive client complaints, but they've encountered issues with drivers who were not able to make as much money as they wanted to. In order to remedy this Champion Truck Lines purchased new trucks which allow for drivers to travel more and in turn make more money. Mr. Foster expressed that complaints against their company either from an employee or Client are taken very seriously, "we try to resolve it as best we can. Call them, go see them - we do whatever it takes to make it right."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Foster expressed that the reports on Ripoff Report have no merit, "It was a disgruntled employee - he said a lot of things that weren’t factual. Made a lot of allegations that weren’t factual." He additionally stated, "It was a small growing company, we’ve worked out a lot of kinks and upgraded our equipment. We’ve relived a lot of issues that we’ve had." In order to further assure future and current clients, Champion Truck Lines is licensed through the Department of Transportation.

We reviewed the complaint and tried our best to reach out to the person we thought was involved to remedy the situation. The statement is blatantly false, an untruthful claim by the individual. However, we understand what could be happening in someone's mind how they might think they are in right standing to make such an outright lie type of statement, that's why we tried our best to do what we could to amicably resolve the issue they might have with us. At the end of the day, we can't do much but refute such false statements and point to real facts that prove what was posted about us is a lie and reach out to the person involved to see how we can resolve any issue.

NEVER FORGET WHAT HAPPENED TO ARROW TRUCKING'S CEO

Unfortunately No one knows how bad it is at this company that was created by the SOLE member. Now there are new players in the game. The newest drivers and employees are so unaware of the constant scandalous acts that continuously go on. The value of human life versus MONEY.... a word that is shoved down every drivers throat and employee throat until the life is sucked out of them... NO LIE.

With all that being said, I know for fact that a class action petition  has been submitted to OOIDA.

This is how the Petition reads:

PETITION FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUITE AGAINST

CHAMPION TRUCK LINES LLC, CANYON TRUCK LINES LLC, TIME LINE LEASING LLC, PERFORMANCE SAND LLC, FOSTER FRAC LLC, AND ALL ACTING OFFICERS, MANAGERS AND PARTICIPATING EMPLOYEES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL PARTICIPATING AND ACTIVE DISPATCHERS DRIVER MANAGERS AND INCLUDING ALL PARTICIPATING AND ACTIVE DRIVER RECRUITERS. 

49 CFR 376.12    Not adhered to.

The above-mentioned companies have failed the drivers who perform driver services for these companies and serious repeated driver complaints are as written below:

  • Pay settlements are not received in a timely manner.
  • Pay settlements are not detailed with exact dollar amount on deductions.
  • Pay settlements do not include balances that are owed on lease to purchase Semi Trucks.
  • Pay settlements do not include balance in the maintenance escrow.
  • Forced addendum of drivers to pay for things such as insurance not originally listed in the contract or lease agreement
  • Carrier does not pay interest to the lease driver on the escrow fund.
  • Carrier/ Leasing Company do not provide RETURN OF ESCROW FUND or a financial accounting of the of expenditures on escrow when contract has ended.
  • A third party financial institution is not managing the maintenance escrow where by a driver can call and retrieve an independent balance of the maintenance saving escrow.
  • Owner Operators are forced to purchase fuel at designated fuel companies being Flying J and Pilot for the sake of fuel credits and do not get the credits neither offered at the pump nor is it itemized that credits have been received in settlement statements. 
  • The Owner Operator does not have exclusive possession or control or used of the equipment of his/her leased equipment agreement whereby they can choose another carrier to work for.
  • The founder or founders of these companies continues to shut down and reorganize when troubles approach and is managing two DOT numbers 2525069 for Champion Truck Lines LLC and 2785701 for Canyon Truck Lines LLC… evidence of being a chameleon company and has had multiple DOT# under other names, Timeline Transport, I-car transport and several others. This information was discovered at the Admiral Tag Agency in Tulsa, OK

These are just some of the non-compliances that have come to light and are the “THE” principal complaints that most drivers have protested about.  During the investigation provided by OOIDA (Owner Operators Independent Drivers Association) there may be more violations discovered.

We are forming a union inviting all Champion Truck Lines Drivers and Canyon Truck Lines Drivers to participate in this action to stop any further non-compliances and driver neglect and abuse and reparations owed to current and formers drivers.

To have legal service representation provided by (OOIDA) you must be a member.  Please contact them by phone or register on-line as a member.

Drivers and employees that are fired can not get their final pay, pay settelments and pay stub are with held.

Drivers and employees are promised a good living and then worked to death until finally lawsuits are filed.

And anybody that helps him grow his scandalous businesses after knowing how they treat their drivers should be procecuted too. Trucks are abandoned regularly and foolhearted new drivers go pick them up.

There are real reason why drivers abandon the trucks.... There is a reason that OSHA shows up unannounced .... There is a reason.. Believe me.

There are real reasons why drivers are filing law suite for non payment......

If you find your self in the snares of these companies find away out... If not, soon you will be suck clean dry.

Drivers and employees rotate through that business like flowing water. They will all be replaced too.

Either that it burnt to the quick.

Be wise....BBB..... CHAMBER OF COMMERCE....OOIDA....


Take care of you self CHAMPION & CANYON WILL NOT....

Failing to observe the Cheif Complaints of the Drivers are the substance of this complaint. Weather or not OOIDA form a union is irrevelant.  OOIDA in fact did NOT form a union... the Drivers of this company did in fact participate in and submitted the complaint to OOIDA.   These measures have proven benificial as there is a glimps of compliance on the horizon.  Hopefully, all drivers will have access to true and accurate accounting of their hard earned monies, escrow accounts and balances on their equipment of which currently is not provided.

Sadly, these types of websites will allow any and all stories to be published without any actual confirmation of the facts. This poor person/persons continues to "Waste the Time" of good people, employees and truck drivers with false accusations and slanderous statements.

Before you listen to the dribble of the person offereing this petition, please get the true facts:

1. OOIDA has been contacted and there is no such plan for an investigation of this company.

2. OOIDA vehemently denies creating a "Union" out of current drivers or employees of Champion.

3. Champion has been in contact with OOIDA to inform them that, if OOIDA feels there are issues with how Champion mainains its owner operator program, Champion very much would like assistance in those areas to make them better for all owner operators.

4. While Champion has never maintained it is the perfect company, it does strive to create a fair and reputtable company for its drivers and employees.

5.  This "Waste of Time" has been manufactgured soley by a person/persons who were just not Champion Material and as such seek to destroy that which will not employ them.

 

Please stop wasting these drivers/employees time and get a meaningful job that will enable you to create a happy life for yourself/yourselves rather than the sad one you currently lead!
