THERE ARE SO MANY OUT THERE THAT HAVE BEEN BEATEN DOWN BY THE CHANEY'S BECAUSE THEY DID NOT KNOW THE LAW. IF YOUR CAR IS REPOSESSED AND YOU ARE EITHER MET WITH SCREAMING AND HOLLERING BY JOEL CHANEY TO GET OFF OF HIS PROPERTY WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO PAY UP OR PAY OFF YOUR LOAN AND CANNOT BECAUSE THE CHANEY'S HAVE THEIR OWN AGENDA-FIGHT BACK LEGALLY. GET EVERYONE YOU KNOW WHO HAS LOST THE FIGHT WITH THE CHANEYS AND LET THEM KNOW THEY HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO RECOVER SOME OF THEIR MONEY. READ BELOW AND LOOK UP THE LAW AND FIGHT BACK. FIGHT NOT JUST FOR YOURSELF BUT ALL OF THE POOR VICTIMS THAT DID NOT KNOW THEY COULD DO ANYTHING. THE CHANEYS ARE RUTHLESS AND CRUEL AND EVEN IF THEY HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO REPOSESS YOUR CAR-THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP THE PROFIT. THE DIFFERENCE IN WHAT YOU OWED AND WHAT THEY SOLD IT FOR IS YOURS.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. THEIR SCAM IS THE SAME. THEY WILL NEVER PLAY FAIR OR KEEP THEIR WORD. REMEMBER ALL OF YOU THAT DO NOT DO ANYTHING AND JUST LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT ARE CAUSING THEM TO GET RICHER AND ALLOWING OTHER PEOPLE TO SUFFER. WHAT OTHER CAR DEALERS BEHAVE LIKE THESE PEOPLE? CHECK AROUND AND ASK OTHER DEALERS. THEY ARE APPAULED THAT NO ONE DOES ANYTHING TO STOP THESE PEOPLE. IT TAKES YOU, THE VISTIMS TO STOP THIS.

Florida Vehicle Repossession

When buying a new vehicle, and sometimes when buying a used vehicle, consumers will make the purchase on credit. Consumers should remember that creditors retain significant rights over the vehicle if the consumer does not abide by the loan agreement. If a consumer defaults on his or her loan, the creditor has legal authority to enter the consumer's property and seize the vehicle at any time and without prior notice. After repossession, the creditor may keep the vehicle as compensation for the unpaid debt or resell it. In either case, the creditor must inform the consumer. The consumer has the right to demand that the vehicle be sold and that any money received from the sale beyond the amount of the debt be returned to the consumer. If the vehicle is to be sold at a public auction, the consumer must be notified of the date in advance (in cases of a private sale, the consumer is notified after the sale). However the vehicle is sold, the sale must be conducted in a "commercially reasonable manner" and the price must approximate the vehicle's fair market value. Of course, the creditor may also reinstate the consumer's loan or allow the consumer to buy the vehicle back.
