Charles brezinski construction company Beware of contractor Lakeside, California

Hired a contractor who turned out to have a business partner Mr. Lotta. I was not informed of this. first of all I was given no completion dates, and the job took way longer then average. Charles went extremely over budget then did not provide services that where covered in the basic contract. I added a bathroom remodel he overcharged me $2,200 for bathroom tile. I was provided no change orders that where valid. After I spoke with his partner Charles suddenly manufactured so called invalid change ordrs that where not approved or signed. When Ccharles Failed to meet his self dictated completion date at 2p.m. he suddenly demanded thousands more dollars and id not paid would take my new closets and hardware which should have been included. He abandoned the job not even finishing the orginally contracted work, and even what he did was no tup to standard. He still owes me for a front door and labor I paid him which he aknowledges but still wont pay. He had the audacity to want pai for work he didnt even do, and threaten me whenI complained to the BBB.
