Spoke to Bana, setup bus trip from NY to Arlington. Everything seemed fine then bus never showed up! Nobody answers the phone, even though I tried multiple numbers. Now I see this is their mode of operation. Businesses like these should not exist, this is wrong and they should be taken to court.
