I was not pissed because the call . I was pissed because 2 people could not tell me why I was being charge insufficient funds 2 times on the same day I deposited the check. i never tried wit drawing money out on that same day it was the next day I found out when I went to the buy parts. I asked the Lady why was I being charged 2 Insufficient Funds all she said was O ill fix that right now and she was nervous. And when I asked her again she put me on hold and her manager answered the phone. well them I asked her and she said hold on Ill transfer you still my question was not answered that is when I was disconnected. I am mad because Chase Bank was charging me money for no reason and If they wouldn't tell me why I was being charged Insufficient Funds But yea I don't need an Attorney Ill just take my money to Another Bank.

If you deposited a check for over $23,000.00 into an account with a balance of only a couple of hundred dollars in it, there would probably be a hold. If the lawyers's check was from Chase then the funds are available immediately. You indicate the funds are on hold when you wrote you will withdraw the funds as soon as your check clears. So when you went to buy your auto parts the balance you had to work with was $267.45. Still, there would have been plenty for your purchase of $96.33 and I would have called the bank as well to find out what was wrong. It sounds as if someone was helping you and you were disconnected. How are they trying to rip you off? All you had to do was call the bank back and ask for another supervisor. What is your attorney going to do? This is a person who not only has seven years of higher education, but many hours of legal expertise under his belt and he is supposed to seriously entertain your problem about a dropped phone call?
