Cheapest Themes Unauthorized charges Internet

On 10/29/09 a charge of $4.81 showed in my bank account.  I did not authorize this charge neither had I had anything to do with this company called "CheapestThemes.  I immediately notified my bank about it, next day I received a response from my bank indicating that this charge was going to be investigated at the same time the bank informed me the name and phone number of this company.  I went into their website wrote an e-mail to this company explained to them that I had never bought anything from them and that I had reported them to my bank as a "fraud" charge. Still today CheapestThemes never answered and their phone number doesn't work.  The good news is that my bank as of today posted the money back into my account.
