They will have a lowest price on the web guarantee. and they by far are not the lowest. When contacted them with proof of an overcharge they said that they were "a new company that didn't have all the kinks worked out of the system yet" in addition to being 50% ($38) higher on a flight than the same flight on the airlines own (Airtran) website. they also hit ya with a $15.00 reservation fee!

Dear Byron:

We have noticed your complaint on this web-site. We will like to bring the following to your attention:

1. Please provide us with Your Transaction Number

2. Did you email us your concern before pasting your thoughts on this site?

3. Our Low Fare Guarantee is applicable, based on our guarantee please email us the comparative lower fare found on Air Tran web-site on the same day and time of the flight purchase you made on our web-site. We are not sure if you have purchased this Ticket, because we do not know your last name and are un able to loacte your reservation.

4. Once you email us a copy of the fare from Airtran web-site we can refund you the 20 USD as promised on our Low fare guarantee. Please also provide us with your Billing details so we can process the refund on your card.

5. Our email address is Info@Cheapoair.com

6. The service fee is charged to handle costs of marketing, handling charges, automation, hosting, and quality control. Since we are not the airline, we must pass on all the money to the airlines and simply keep the 15 USD service fee.
