We received a groupon for this company. They came out and immediately told us that we needed to upgrade to the deep clean in order to get out all the stains. This went from 70$ to over 250, but with this was promised all carpets would be cleaned and spot free. The technician told me with this it would be no problem and then tried to sell me on a 500$ plan to get all pet stains up. I asked him if the other (250) would remove the stains atleast cosmetically. He said absolutely, he began.

He finished an hour later and I went upto look, everything was gone but the smell of chemicals was overpowering, he said it would dissipate in a couple hours a day most. ( took five days, we were unable to use our upstairs). Then the morning after I went upstairs and every stain came back.

I called the corporate office and was forwarded by the secretary to a machine three times. Finally after the fourth call ( next day) I got a person. The woman told me she was sorry but that I needed to contact the franchise and there was nothing she could do for me! So I looked up my receipt and called the establishment, the gentlemen on the phone was the one who had originally told us it would only be 150$.

I told him about everything, and he said they had not promised anything. He then went on to tell me that they did the best they could and tried to break down there process and explained everything to me as though I couldn't understand. I told him that he was the expert and I depended on his company to know or not that they could or could not get the stains up. And since they did not deliver I just wanted the difference back. ( 150$ the groupon price from the upgrade). He told me they would go out of business if they had to do that for every customer that didn't get what they expected and that did I want them to work for free. At this point he said he needed to calm down and that he would send out the tech but nothing would probably come of it. He finally said that he would give me 50$ just for me to basically stop complaining and that was the most he would do. Three weeks later I have not gotten my money and I still feel completely ripped off.

Stay far away from this company, they did not help me, and even if it was my carpets that could not be cleaned due to the nature of the stains, I expected to be told that before squeezing me for an additional 150, then told sorry.
