Child Support Network, Rip-off Thugs ..Help! I'm trapped in a bogus child support collection agency contract !!!!

You are my last hope to get help for my special needs child! My ex-husband owes me thousands in child support. Because I was desperate to get help for my child, I signed a contract with Child Support Network (a Phoenix based company) to collect my child support.

The state agency was ineffective. Child Support Network made big promises. At first they were able to collect a litte. The last meager amount they collected was in November of 1999. Since then, they refuse to return my phone calls, ignore repeated requests to cancel my contract, and basically keep me in bondage to them. This keeps me from pursuing other possible methods of getting the child support owed to my son.

I have tried writing to the state banking department, the Better Business Bureau (a real waste of time), and the state attorney's office (another waste of time). They say they cannot do anything for me.

I just want CSN to cancel my contract. They are holding me prisoner while my case is sitting in a filing cabinet somewhere in their organization. Meanwhile, my child suffers. He is also denied medical support and the opportunity to benefit from remedial programs that would greatly improve his life.

In this day and age of technology, I have a hard time believing that CSN can't find my ex-husband. Since they cannot help me, I just want them to let me out of my contract. Please help my son.

I want to let other desperate parents know to avoid going to a collection agency for child support. Please help me get out of my contract with CSN! I have a whole file of information I can give you.
