Child Support Services San Bernardino California Criminals will modify no child suppport judgements Ontario California

My name is Steve Coleman and I am a father of 4.  3 of which are under my roof.  I was diagnosed with rectal cancer and am undergoing a year of cancer treatment in Fresno Ca.  I have a child support case in San Bernardino Ca for one of my four children.  I have asked for a disability modification in that county.  They started the process and the games began.  First they gave my medical information to the other parent who is restrained from my family (obtained in oct 2013).  They should not give it out to anyone anyway.  The other parent with this information contacted my doctors office posing as a DCSS agent and requested my medical information and continues to harass this family.  Second they sent me a denial letter during the modification which they said was a mistake and they would remove me from the 'timed letter' application.  'Timed denial letter'?  What?  Knowing I would not owe them any money took my drivers license during my cancer treatment after Brian Hocking DCSS (909-458-1241) assuring me that this would not happen.  They levied my accounts while receiving over $14000 in one year toward support.  Had to close them as I was owing the banks $100 per lien which was every month and I had no money in the accounts due to disability.  They took my ability to earn money by freezing my Contractors License months after the original judgement and remained this way for years.  That was three years ago and I just got it back after closing my business last year as I could not work with no license and disabled.  Now the latest game is they gave me no time to respond to a court order to dig up old bank statements for a disability modification.  What?  Old bank statements for a cancer disability modification?  They have all documentation for this disability and want old bank statements?  Well when I received the court paperwork in the mail I had about three days to respond.  I have no license and needed to go to the bank for the archives which takes time.  More than three days.  I did submit my court papers before the court date however it was 4 or 5 days before the court date.  I asked for a continuance due to lack of time and I will be damned if the Judge denied my continuance and kicked my case out of court leaving me to do it all over again.  DCSS attorney Elizabeth Lawrence (email above) was the warm DCSS body in court.   DCSS Supervisor useless Sue (909-478-7395) also justifies these actions.  The same thing will happen again I assure you as this system in San Bernardino is hiding behind Judgements for the 10% return to the county.  They don't want to modify orders and mine is a very simple example.   I have contacted my Senator, the ACLU, the CEO of Child Support, and numerous other agencies.  The child Support office now says they will do nothing for my modification.  How can this be that an unemployed, disabled, currently in cancer treatment guy not be able to modify a simple child support Judgement?  There is something evil afoot in this county.  The e-mails for these criminals are above.  Feel free to contact them and see what there response is.  They don't have one.  The only thing they have is they got a good a** chewing from me because of there incompetence.  This is obviously bigger than just me as this county is huge and the Judge is an attorney appointed to hear these cases.  All in the same building and DCSS is across the hall from this joke of a court.  The entire floor is dedicated to Child support.  They all sleep together.
