Childhelp What is Omeka doing? Very unprofessional! Costa Mesa California

I have not worked for this company too long and can not wait until I find another job. This company managed by Omeka is so unprofessional. What "Keep it Real" wrote is true. I couldn't have said it better. I spoke up and my schedule changed from am,pm,ntcare,oncall with split days off. Why is family members of Omeka working at the same location? I don't understand. Working environment was very uneasy with them. It's ok for them to yell and roughly handle the children but if one of the other staff did the same thing they would get written up. Nothing makes sense anymore at this company. I see donations come in for the children and where does it go? I don't see the children getting anything! What's going on? There's so much amount of rediculous paperwork that's due and no quality time spent with the children.

This company is supposed to be for the children. We are not office workers. They need to hire an office lady to file papers and do other paperwork! A lot of good staff are quitting and everyone is stressed. It has not been a good working environment lately. I would like to know why Childhelp in Arizona is not doing anything about this. When you call Duf in HR department to say your concerns, he calls Omeka. Dianna who is the director is the same. Rumor says the three worked together at another company and knows eachother... Maybe it's true. Childhelp in Arizona doesn't care what's going on in Orange County? The neighbors are very upset with us and complains its noisy, property damage, etc. I think Orange County Childhelp will be closing down soon.
