Chiledestinos Ltda., Tour & Travel (tourtravel.cl and chiledestinos.cl) total fraud, did not provide service, would not return the money, will not answer calls/e-mails Viña del Mar Valparaíso

Be very careful of these companies with the name of Chiledestinos Ltda. (chiledestions.cl) and Tour & Travel (tourtravel.cl).  They are run by Joaquín Tous (a.k.a. Joaquim María Tous Borrás) and Bárbara Espinoza (a.k.a. Bárbara Denisse Espinoza Arancibia).  We booked a 14-day trip to Chile and the Easter Island last February 2013 for travel on December 2013.  We made an advance full payment  for the trip and we were given confimation that all the details of our trip have been booked and confimed.  We got an e-mail one month before the trip was scheduled to start that their company is having financial crisis and they will not be able to provide the serivces agreed upon.  A gradual refund was offered however that was the last that we heard from them.  Multiple e-mails and phone calls were made but they never returned any of them.  This company is a total fraud.  We later found out that they are not even a licensed tour operator in Chile.  We did an internet search and found out that there were other victims of these companies.  See attached photos of Tous and Espinoza.
