choice home warranty CHW did not pay me in full Edison New Jersey

Hi. I am a licensed HVAC contractor. in GRAND RAPIDS MI

I am writting on this matte again because CHOICE HOME WARRANTY still calls me occasionally looking for a new heating contractor to take their

calls. So obviously they are not smart ebough to have a list of do not call companies they have ripped off in the past

I am whitness to what they did to a customer right in front of me. DENY HER CLAIM. For no good reason. It was a bogus reason. I have read through the hundreds of complaints from customers and I know first hand how true these claims are because I saw this happen

first hand. Like from the inside you could say

I argued on the customers behalf and got into quite an arguement with the incompetant a*s of a claims rep. I should have just dropped it and walked away. i stood there and tried to fight for the custommer. So after hours of argueing and back and forth calls the finally went ahead and

let me go ahead and do the job. Little did i know, (well i should have known), that they were just not going to ay me for the job. I finally got

paid one year and a half later,LESS $100  THAT they still owe me and just flat out refused to pay. Over the year and a half they would always make some excuse. They would say things like well we don't controll the mail. They would say ok we will send it friday, well we will send it next month and this went on and on. I made dozens of calls to them like every month.

The people are nasty, they are the lowest of scum. They are down right evil, nast corrupt. I even contacted the NJ attourney jeneral at one point and I cannot believe they are still in business. They are COMPLETE CORRUPT EVIL THEIVES.

I worked for other home warranty companies before so I know what is covered and what is not

here is what I saw happen in the customers home. FURNACE NO HEAT. I found a defective gas control valve which is the heart of the furnace.

No valve no heat. This is a normal wear and tear part of the furnace, and it controls the gas flow. The mistake I made since i did not know that I was talking to a complete bafoon clown idiot. Had I known this before i would have just told him the term  GAS CONTROL. Since i called it  a VALVE, which is common in the industry, he the fraud claims idiot said OH NO WE DO NOT OVER--VALVES. The part of the warranty

exemptions he was looking at valves had to do with hard piping, boilers, manual hand valves which is reasonable that those would not be covered. However i told him a dozen times that we were talking about an electrical control, not a piping valve. The owner could have stepped in. I tried numerous times to go above this theif clsims clown and even others would not over ride him. The owner approves oof this

rip off practice and that is why there are hundreds of complaints, What i did notice before is that after i posted thus stry and they got wind of it they flooded the site with positive reports that were never there before just suddenly they were there.

i will assist any customer who has had an issue and would like info.
