Choice home warranty Refuse to honor contract Edison New Jersey

 Purchased a home warranty that covers repairs or replacement of appliances. Was fully assured that I was in good hands and my appliances would be covered either repair or replacement. Reported the aircon was not working they requested the tech send photos they said they saw evidence of rust and corrosion and they do not cover rust or corrosion. No where in my written contract are the words "rust or corrosion". The tech tried to explain to the choice home warranty service personal on the phone that the need for repairs was not caused by rust or corrosion. Choice home warranty refused to listen .Choice home warranty has offered me $250.00 plus 1 free service call value $45.00. My outlay is over $14,000.00. Equally upsetting is their refusal to communicate with me via written form/email as I'm hearing disabled. It was only after I contacted the better business Bureau that they communicated via the better business Bureau. At this time they refuse to communicate any longer. I'm trying to file a consumer affairs complaint, however I need choice home warranty busuness license and they repeatidly refuse to provide it saying I have no right to it. Have hung up on my 3 times until I asked for a manager who refuse my request.
