Signed with this company after I was told if I had any issues after 30 days I would be covered. I had no issues at the time I have signed. My appliances are fairly new.  Unfortunately on teh 31st day, my washer broke ( not even 2 years old) . I was told they woudl not cover due to wearing and tearing. I could not believe it. Really?? My machine is no more than 3 years old and only used once a week for light laundry.  I was very upset and I was told it was determined I had the problem prior of signing with them, which is not true.  I went ahead and cancelled the service!  I was charged a fee plus a tremendous amount for 1 month. There is no communication with them. It is there way or no way. I did not have a broken machine prior of signing with this company. I am very upset with their  lock of interest for the customer. Only about their side and money!
